Dance Teacher Position

​

ContempraDance Studio in Wayne, PA  (near the Lancaster Farmer's Market) is looking to a hire a dance teacher!

  • Classes:

    • Pre-dance (ballet/tap) for 3-6 year olds

    • Ballet, jazz and modern from 7-11 year olds

  • Days of the week: Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday mornings.

Buttonwood Behavioral Health Hospital, a geriatric psych hospital in Pemberton NJ, has an immediate opening for a full-time art or drama therapist. Job responsibilities include running groups daily and conducting assessments on new patients. Hours are Tue-Fri, and every other weekend, 8:30a-5p. Seeking applicants with at least a few years of work experience in psych hospitals. 

 

We are also seeking a weekend activity aide for every other weekend, 9a-5p, to lead activity groups with patients.

Dance & Arts Therapy NZ has a unique opportunity for a full-time (permanent) Dance Movement Therapist looking to immigrate to Aotearoa New Zealand. 

 

Dance Movement Therapy is an emergent profession here in Aotearoa so this is an exciting milestone and we'd really appreciate the support of ADTA in helping to spread awareness of this opening. We could even put together a profile on this position, potentially.
